Common veterinarian questions about Kane Veterinary Imaging
We understand that if you’re new to mobile veterinary services, or you have never worked with a veterinary cardiologist at your practice before, you may have many logistical questions. We’ve curated a list of common questions we’ve received in the past from some of our partnering clinics. If your questions are still not answered from the list below, please contact us directly.
-
Kane Veterinary Imaging brings their own equipment to your practice, including a specialized cardiology exam table, a state-of-the-art GE echocardiogram machine, and a 6-lead ECG machine.
-
Dr. Kane will provide you with his availability and you can take the scheduling from there using the scheduling portal on our website.
-
Dr. Kane will need space to perform his examinations, including raised surfaces for an ultrasound table and the echo machine. He will also require staff assistance with patient handling and restraint during the examinations.
-
Dr. Kane offers comprehensive case consultation, echocardiography, electrocardiography, radiographic assessment, and limited/partial abdominal ultrasonography. Please see our section on services provided for further information.
-
An invoice will be emailed to your practice the week following the visit to your hospital. Payment can be provided either via check or bank remittance.
-
Once Dr. Kane has provided his schedule and availability, our patient referral form can be used to request a cardiac evaluation.
